ORDER CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATION
To ensure quality, we specialize in custom made products that are created once an order is place After your order has been placed, you have 12 hours to contact our customer service team and request order modifications or a cancellation. After 12 hours, your order has already been placed in production and can no longer be modified. Please contact us with any questions prior to placing your order. Once your order is placed please contact through our customer service email newattitudeprojects@gmail.com or our toll free number 1 866 788 4188 to cancel or modify your order.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
We are a made to order business which means everything you order is made as the order comes in and is on demand. For that reason, please allow 4 to 7 business days for a tracking number for your order. When we are done producing your order, we will send another tracking number notifying you that it has been shipped . Once your order ships, please allow 4 to 12 business days for it to arrive as has been quoted by delivery service. The time for the delivery may vary depending on your location.

Because your order is created on demand, we cannot offer a refund or an exchange when it is beyond 12 hours from when the order was placed. To help in choosing the right size of product or the correct fit, we have a size chart on each product page along with a detailed description. If there are any questions, please contact us before placing your r and we will be happy to assist you.
DAMAGED / INCORRECT PRODUCT
We do our best to guarantee product quality and accuracy. However, if you do receive a damaged item, poor quality printed design or an incorrect product, we guarantee a 100% satisfaction by offering a free replacement order or a refund on the affected items.
We just need your order number and a clear photo showing either the incorrect item, the poor quality of the print or the damaged area of the item. Please contact us by email at newattitudeprojects@gmail.com and we will will organize a replacement or a refund for you!
To return your items, start by contacting contact our customer service team. All requests must be made within 14 days after receiving the product and have images to demonstrate the issue of order.
We accept refund/ exchange for the following reasons only:
- Damaged items
- The product received is not the same as was ordered on the website/store
- Poor print quality
- Wrong color than what was ordered
- Wrong Size than what was ordered
TAXES CHARGED
All taxes and duties fees are the responsibility of the receiver. Taxes may vary according to the state state or province.
